Legal Support Services
In communities, schools, and correctional facilities across Kenya, this Access to Justice program provides pro-bono legal aid and awareness, as well as paralegal training and support services to underserved individuals. By using technology and strengthening its local legal support centres, it promotes awareness of rights, the rule of law, and equitable access to justice. The program also advocates for criminal justice reform and the abolition of the death penalty.
Why do we do it?
1.Ignorance of the law.
2.Wrongful convictions.
3.Oppresive policies and systems.
4.Unaffordability of legal representation among the marginalized communities.
