Flavier manages and coordinates the organization’s work in 15 Prisons spread across the country. She further oversees the re-entry and reintegration process for reformed returning citizens (ex-inmates) helping them settle and re-start their lives upon release.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education.
Flavier’s love for children in marginalized communities and desire for all children to have equal opportunities has seen her set up a kids center in Dandora which offers support, mentorship, and opportunity for children to learn and grow positively.
She is a role model to the children in the communities she works. Her most rewarding accomplishment has been to guide and mentor children from vulnerable families.
She is a positive and outgoing person who likes music and acting in her free time.
